Requirements for BOI MSME Intervention Program

• Any registered business with Corporate Affairs Commission in Nigeria, this includes Sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Enterprises and Limited Liability Companies.
• Start-ups and existing businesses can apply.

Application Documents

Existing Businesses:

• CAC business registration certificate/documents.
• Basic book keeping/business records.
• Other information as may be requested by BOI.

Start-ups

• CAC business registration certificate/documents
• Other information as may be requested by BOI.

General requirements:

• Four passport photographs of the Chief Promoter/Director and the Guarantor.
• BVN and executed Global Standing Instruction (GSI) Mandate of the Chief Promoter/Director and the Guarantor.
• Valid means of identification (International Passport, Driver’s License, National Identity Card, or Permanent Voter’s Card) of the Chief Promoter/Director and the Guarantor.
• Curriculum Vitae of the Guarantor
• External guarantor of the Beneficiary/one director (in case of a limited liability company).
