• 1. Original CAC or Association ID 
• 2. Salary Payment voucher of Staff (any month in 2022)
• 3. Original Receipt of IT Equipments e.g. Computer, POS, Photocopier, Smartphone
• 4. Original copy Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age certificate 
• 5. Original copy of Company Tax Clearance Certificate (if any)
• 6. BVN
