A reputable Microfinance Bank is seeking to hire a Managing Director for the Bank in Southern Kaduna, Nigeria. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and overall management of the bank, as well as developing and implementing effective business plans and policies.

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, business, economics). Relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage. 
• Minimum of 12 years of work experience, with 5 years in a senior management position in financial services, preferably in the microfinance bank industry.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English and native dialect.
