Sauya Matasan Najeriya Shekara 2 (Kasuwanci)

Shirin Canji na Matasan Najeriya na da nufin samar da hanyar sadarwa ta ’yan kasuwa da masu kawo sauyi musamman matasa da mata a sassan kanana, kanana da matsakaita (MSMEs) a Najeriya.

Gidauniyar Young Africa Works-Mastercard ce ta kawo wannan shiri a Najeriya tare da hadin gwiwar Cibiyar Bunkasa Harkokin Kasuwanci, Jami'ar Pan-Atlantic.

EDC tana haɗin gwiwa tare da Gidauniyar don haɓaka ƙarfin 40,000 MSMEs tare da mai da hankali na musamman kan ayyukan noma da kere kere musamman kasuwancin da mata ke jagoranta. Za a ba da horon ta hanyar dandali na ilmantarwa na kan layi na EDC da IVR (Maganar Muryar Sadarwa) don baiwa ɗalibai damar shiga cikin darussan kan tafiya a duk inda suke.

Wadannan su ne ainihin makasudin shirin:

Domin sauya tunanin matasa a Najeriya gaba daya domin su zama masu sana'ar kasuwanci, da samar musu da sana'o'in dogaro da kai ko samar da ayyukan yi.

Don ƙirƙirar hanyar shiga kasuwa da ba da sabis na tallafi ga masu kasuwancin da ke akwai musamman waɗanda matasa ke tafiyar da su.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Transforming Nigerian Youths Year 2 (Business)

The Transforming Nigerian Youths program aims to create a network of entrepreneurial and managerial change-makers specifically youths and women across the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector in Nigeria.

This program is brought to Nigeria by the Young Africa Works-Mastercard Foundation in partnership with the Enterprise Development Centre, Pan-Atlantic University.

EDC is teaming up with the Foundation to build the capacity of 40,000 MSMEs with special focus on agriculture and creative sectors especially women-led businesses. The training will be delivered via EDC’s online learning platform and IVR( Interactive Voice Response) to enable all learners to take part in the lessons on the go wherever they are.

The following are the core objectives of the program:

1. To completely transform the mindset of youths in Nigeria to become more entrepreneurial, and to equip them to be self-employed or job creators.

2. To create market access and provide support services to existing business owners especially those being run by young people.

3. Change the way learning or information is received in Nigeria through EDC Beam.
