1. What dol do next after approval?

Beneficiaries will be sent text messages to accept the loan offer.

2. How do update the cost of items?

Beneficiaries should revisit the portal with their details to update the information on chosen

goods/equipment

3. Will the vendor supply quality goods/equipment to me? Vendors are required to get the best quality products for beneficiaries.

4. Howsoon will I receive a call from my vendor after updating the cost of items? You should receive it within 5 working days.

5. How do I get my reference number?

When applying on the NI-TCF portal reference number will be generated for you.

6. My approval link goes blank after clicking. It could be a connection problem; please try again later.

7. My reference number is incorrect.

The reference number is system generated. Please, take care to copy the number correctly

from the portal.

8. The site goes blank while trying to update the cost of items.

It could be a connection problem; please try again later.

I don't have a link to accept the offer.

9. Kindly visit the website with your details and accept the offer.

10. Ami to pay the vendor? Beneficiaries are not to pay any fees to vendors.

11. Will I get cash from the vendor?

The NI-TCF is not a cash-based loan.

12. Myvendor's location is far from me. Your vendor will meet you at a convenient location.

13. The vendor says I'm not on their list. Your loan is yet to be approved.
