Good news as NCDC discharges 11,188 patients in one day.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has released their daily report on the progress of the covid-19 pandemic in the country as at 11:30pm, 4th of August, 2020.
The report took Netizens by surprise as we noticed a massive jump in the number of discharged patients compared to that of the previous report.
As at 3rd of August, 2020, the number of discharged patients stood at 20,663.
24 hours later, being the 4th of August, 2020, the number of discharged patients increased to 31,851. Simple mathematics accounts of 11,188 discharged cases for the day.
Though it's a very good sign that progress is being made in fighting the pandemic, Nigerians still smelled something fishy. They weren't hesitant to jump to the comment section and expressed their
